Vintage 50s sheer floral dress, fitted waist, button up the front.
Fit & flare style, buttons are matched in 2 pairs, maybe not original to the dress.
Ties on the short sleeves. Concealed pocket in the right seam. 
Darts on the bodice, pleats below the waist. 
The dress has snaps & a hook & an eye closure on the left side seam.
