 Antonio Pineda silver necklace detailed with copper and silver dot patterning. There are small raised silver and copper dots on the necklace & clasp.
Hook closure.
I have two bracelets for sale in the same style as this necklace. They are available in separate listings. The necklace looks less worn & has more shine than the bracelets. 

Matching pieces sold separately - 

Bracelet A:  Close in color to the necklace, not a perfect color or wear match. 
Bracelet B: is a slightly darker patina/finish than the necklace.

MEASUREMENTS: 16" wearable length, 15/16" W

CONDITION: Very good vintage. Signs of wear are commensurate to the age of the piece. Small dents in a few of the balls. One has a small hole.
