Corset lace-up dress, empire waist, sash tie belt. Accented with jute and tapestry ribbon details.
Inset of soft fabric, not velvet,  in the front panel. 
Long sleeves with elastic at the cuffs, zipper up the back.
Ruffle at the hemline.

LABEL: JC Penny, Union label. 

SIZE:  Marked Missy 10, meaning 'average' cut, not junior sizing.  The fit is much smaller 

CONDITION: Excellent. Spot on the sash tie at the back.
